A search of rent.com.au every hour from 6am to 10pm for a small 1-bedroom place for Oma and her cat. Tap Email the agent on any place to send the questions from your phone.
To start a search from this page, the page needs a key from GitHub. You do this once on each phone, iPad or PC. It takes about two minutes.
The key stays on this device only, and it can only start this search. Or start just this one search on GitHub (tap "Run workflow" twice).
Best matches first, then places where the ad leaves something to ask, then long shots (a known problem like stairs). Within each group, Redcliffe Peninsula comes first.
Ads that say no pets, or that are rooms in a shared house. Kept here so they aren't suggested again.
With a key saved, "Search for new places now" starts the search right here on the page. You set it up once on each phone, iPad or PC.
The token stays in this browser only. It can only start this search; it can't read or change anything else.
Every search. realestate.com.au and Domain block automatic searches, so ads that are only on those sites can be missed. Claude reads new ads and looks for agent emails every 2 hours from 7:30am to 9:30pm while the Claude app is open on the home PC.
